"⚠️ Very Bad Experience – Fraud & Mis-selling Fairdeal, Noida Sector-5 engages in unethical practices with customers. I was charged more than the invoice amount. When I asked for the invoice, they kept giving excuses like “system issue” and delayed it intentionally. After multiple follow-ups, when I finally received the invoice, it was clear that I had been overcharged. They also misguided me about the plan details and sold a plan that did not match what was originally promised. This is a clear case of mis-selling and lack of transparency. Extremely unprofessional behavior. I would strongly advise customers to verify invoice amounts carefully and avoid trusting verbal commitments."

"This used to be a reliable service center for Nexa, but unfortunately, the quality has been declining steadily. A word of advice: avoid sending your car for body shop work—seriously, just don't do it. Update: I'm looking for a better service center for Nexa. The car wash took nearly three hours, and there's still a lot of work left to be done. The pace is really slow, and this is during the week. Just imagine how it must be on weekends!"
